What this site actually does and doesn't collect, described from the code, not a generic template.

This is an independent guide for buyers attending the Canton Fair. This page describes what the site actually does with data — checked directly against the site’s own code, not written from a generic template.

What this site doesn’t do

  • No account creation, no login, no user profiles.
  • No contact or sign-up forms anywhere on the site — a form would mean collecting personal data with its own handling obligations, which this site deliberately avoids rather than takes on lightly.
  • No affiliate tracking is currently active — the site’s provider list is empty, and no affiliate link currently exists on any page.

Analytics

The only analytics that can run on this site is cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics — it sets no cookies and builds no visitor profile, measuring only aggregate traffic. Two cookie-based analytics tools exist in the site’s code but are inactive, since neither has a measurement ID configured as of this page’s last check — there is no cookie-based analytics tool active on the site.

This is a statement about the current state of the code, not a permanent guarantee — if that changes, this page will be updated to describe the change, including any cookie use and any consent step that comes with it, before or at the same time the change goes live.

Cookies

The site does not currently set any cookies of its own. If cookie-based analytics or any other cookie-setting feature is added in the future, this section will describe it specifically — what’s set, why, and how to decline it — rather than a generic cookie disclaimer written in advance of the feature existing.

Where the site publishes affiliate links in the future — expected to be booking links related to accommodation near the fair — they’ll be clearly identified as such, and this page will link to a dedicated affiliate disclosure page describing exactly how that works. No affiliate link is live on the site as of this page’s last check.
